I received these lovely freshwater pearls from my girlfriend from Mexico. We were meant to be there with her but we ended not able to go but these are a very lovely incentive to get down there ourselves soon.

Today was so beautiful you could really almost smell spring in the air. I am not getting lulled into a false sense of security however I do see some light at the end of this wintry tunnel.

Today I had the word ubiquitous stuck in my head and it got me to thinking about the things in my everyday life that are so omnipresent in my life... like my glasses. The fun part was trying to take this picture without wearing them. Turns out my eyes aren't so great.

Tonight we came together as a family to celebrate a life. It was amazing. We shared this bottle of wine my brother brought from his shop in London England (along with many other bottles).  I think Walter would have been pleased to see us all together laughing, crying, drinking wine and being a family.

In the bedroom part one.... Behind the door

The hooks on the back of my door get a very good work out, there are about three layers of clothes there. PJ's, hoodies, house coats, towels and purses all jammed on three little hooks. Once day they are going to pull the door right off it's hinges.

Out the window.... after the snow

On my way to bed for the night and I noticed that it seems to have stopped snowing. And we have been visited by the snow blower fairy. I think I love him even more than Santa. Thank you S.B.F!!
