Sorry there was no picture yesterday but I was in a Nyquil induced coma. Tonight for some reason I have all the lights off in the house. It felt like a thing to do, maybe a little solidarity for my friends Andrew and Jenn down in the States who were left powerless in the wake of Irene. Anyway the lack of light made some pretty funky shadows at dusk, and thus a picture was born.

Second day of the trip and still no working laptop however I did go to Future Shop and by myself a cute little Canon Power Shot A490.  It is tiny and will fit in my purse and takes AA batteries. Perfect for those times I don't want to lug the Rebel around or when the spare battery and the charger are an 8 hour drive away. It also take a pretty good picture. Perfect little back up camera for the low price of $69.00.

Better late than never, I didn't have a working laptop OR working camera the first day of our CB trip so this one is off the ol' cell phone, still not to bad all in all. This is the Dancing Goat. It is in Margaree, Nova Scotia. Please do your self a favour and go there. Trust me it is worth the drive!
