Marge is the wise cracking, always listening, country tunes humming bringer of food. She works hard and smiles even though the last 10 customers have asked to substitute half of their meals and then left lousy tips.

I love this beautiful ring my brother bought me in the middle east, it is gorgeous. Sadly however I dropped it and the puzzle split apart and I can't get it back together for love or money. I have had the smartest people I know following very explicit instructions and THEY can't get it together. So for now, until I can find a puzzle master I will have to make do with this pretty picture.

I complain bitterly about having to take the bus but all told it is not that bad but that is because of my little buddy here... This may be so anti social but I DON'T want to talk to other people on the bus, I don't want to make new friends or be civil. I just want to plug in and get where I am going and Ziggy here makes that a reality.

You are never going to believe me but I had the funniest picture planned for tonight. I swear I was laughing all evening just thinking about it, it was hysterical but you are never going to believe me because I couldn't take it. I had not one but TWO dead camera batteries. But I swear to you, you would have been laughing.

Instead I am going into my collection from the last few weeks and I found this lovely picture of bread. There is nothing really funny about bread. Sorry.

I was given a great gift today. Someone who loves me and wanted to cheer me up brought me cake. She actually made this herself without a mold. I am truly touched and impressed.

Half snow day today! It was really pretty wild out there for a while and we lost our power for a good chunk of the evening which was actually a lot of fun, we read by candle light, we talked, we played in the snow.

I spent some time this evening playing with my tripod. I really love how crisp and clear the picture is without me hands there to mess it up. I am going to definitely be using the tripod a lot more in the coming weeks.

A few months ago I came down with a terrible case of teenagboyitis and I haven't found a cream to take care of it yet. But really this kid brings me nothing but joy even when he is being a god awful pain in the ass. He teaches me new things every day and I am so thankful that his mom doesn't mind sharing him with us.

Spent the evening trying to find the floor of my bedroom. I had some success but I got distracted many times by finding things I forgot I owned. It is like a treasure hunt in my own home awesome. I always said I was not going to have a house full of nick nack's but I was oh so wrong mostly because I find things like this tray/ashtray and I fall in love and they just find their way home with me. But really could you say no to this?

So romantic!

Today was not a great day. There are not enough words to express how tired I was ALL say so my good friend Ox volunteered to demonstrate for you how I felt between the sleep deprivation and the over caffeination .

He takes his demonstrations very seriously
