Okay, so I read this the other day and I didn't take the time to comment on it because I immediately thought, "I want toad-in-the-hole!!" Then I thought, "It IS called toad-in-the-hole, right? That's not just something I imagined? No, of course not, because Meghan just called it that!" But, just to be sure, I did a quick GIS and discovered that the British "toad in the hole" is VERY different. I definitely wasn't craving THAT! So then I went and got some toast and some eggs and made good old fashioned Canadian toad in the hole for Magda and myself. She hadn't been a huge fan of eggs up until that point, but she LOVED it. SO MUCH! So thanks, and that's why I didn't comment sooner.
